A service team consisting of a Sales Representative, Account Manager (Customer Service) and Quality Manager is assigned to the customer to keep them updated with information pertaining to their equipment and services. The service team objectives are: Commitment, Responsiveness, Pro-active and going beyond the norm. When customers are asked why they use PMI’s service, the common response is: "reliability", "best value", and "excellent service." PMI offers calibration services, In-House (at our facility), Field Service (on-site at customer’s facility) or a combination of both. PMI offers four types of calibration: Standard, Full Data, Customers Parameter, and Accredited. Our Sales Representative works closely with the customer to determine what is required, convenient, and cost-effective. PMI customers have Internet access to a comprehensive calibration management database (PMI-Link) at no additional cost.
